The Art of Seeking
I have always been more interested in the question than the answer. Life, to me, is not something to be figured out and filed away, it is something to be lived into, again and again, until you start to understand what it actually is beneath all the noise.
That curiosity is where everything I do begins. The coaching, the writing, the conversations… none of it comes from having arrived somewhere. It comes from being genuinely in motion.
Who is Fahad?
I’m a seeker. That’s the most honest word for it. I write to understand myself and, somewhere in that process, hopefully offer something that resonates with others. I coach because I’ve found that most people already know what they need. They just need a space where it’s safe to see it clearly.
I wrote The Mask of Reality because I couldn’t stop thinking about identity and how much of who we are is actually ours, and how much is a projection we’ve inherited and forgotten to question. The podcast Mind Universe exists for the same reason, just in a different form.
I’m not only here to give you answers. I’m here to sit with the questions alongside you, and to figure them out together.
